Online Banking is available to all First Federal customers at no additional cost. Following account set-up, you can log in and take charge of your money!

• View recent transactions, including cleared check images
• Search and download recent transactions (.csv or .ofx files only)
• Transfer money between accounts, including making loan payments
• Schedule free bill payments and set up AutoPay for recurring bills
• Check all linked account balances
• Sign up for eStatements
• Set up account alerts for low or high balances, deposits, or cleared checks

First Federal’s Online Banking service employs a multi-layer protection system to safeguard your financial information. It features trusted operating systems, advanced encryption technology, and multiple firewalls. Before gaining access, each user is authenticated with a personal Access ID and Password.

Bill Pay

With First Federal Bill Pay, you can pay your bills online, day or night, 24 hours a day. Bill Pay helps you streamline paying your bills, saving you checks and stamps. Schedule payments in advance, set up reminders, and view your payment history.

To start using Bill Pay, log in to your Online Banking account, click “Bill Payment,” then click “Enroll Me.” You must have an Online Banking account to access Bill Pay.

eStatements

Clear the clutter and cut down on paper waste by signing up for eStatements for any account. Our eStatements also help you reduce the chance of mail fraud or identity theft. First Federal will e-mail you each month when your eStatement is ready to be viewed. Download, print, or view up to 18 months of eStatements.

To start using eStatements, log in to your Online Banking account, click “Profile,” then click “Manage statements.”

Mobile App

Go mobile with First Federal of Greene County and get the security you expect and the convenience you need. Deposit checks, pay bills, turn off lost or stolen cards, check balances instantly, and manage card limits – all with the swipe of your finger!
